Term and Billing
Billing Period
The fees for the services set out in the fee schedule shall be invoiced for the duration of the Initial Term or the applicable Renewal Term as specified in the order.
Fallback Rule
If no term is specified in the order, billing shall be based on a contractual term of thirty-six (36) months.
No Pro Rata Refund
No pro rata refund of fees shall be granted in the event of early termination of the contract, unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
