Our culture

The technology we develop is at the heart of luca. The team loves tackling complex technical tasks, working on challenges together, finding innovative solutions and breaking new ground. This technical enthusiasm has made Luca what it is today. The only challenge is to bring this complexity to others who are not so deep in the LUCA code every day so that they understand it.

But by no means all of us have an IT background. We believe that the best results are achieved when expertise from different areas is brought together.

Application process

Video interview

In an approximately 30-minute conversation with our Talent Acquisition Manager, we would like to get to know you better and learn more about your resume and motivation. At the same time, we have the opportunity to tell you more about Luca and working for us and to answer initial questions.

Personal presentation

In the next phase, we want to get an impression of your professional skills and personality in two interviews. These conversations usually take place online, and depending on your role or location, we may also invite you to our office. The process varies slightly depending on the department and position and can include, for example, working on a case study or a live coding challenge.

Decision time

After the talks, we move on to the decision phase. We will try to let you know our decision within the next few days, but we will also let you know if it takes a bit longer.

Onboarding

Have you received an offer from us? Great! As soon as you have accepted it, our People Operations Department creates your employment contract and prepares your onboarding. The onboarding takes place in our office, then you get your work equipment and get to know the rest of the team.
