Guest Kiosk

The Guest Kiosk is your hotel’s digital front desk, enabling self-service Check-in and Check-out. Guests can enter their details, pay, and receive their room key without waiting at reception. At departure, they can review their bill and check out in seconds – saving time for both guests and staff.

Green Option

With the Green Option, you offer your guests the opportunity to waive the daily cleaning of their room directly at check-in.This way, you do something for the environment together, while you save money for cleaning and washing.

How digital check-in works

Your guests enter their details online in advance. On the day of arrival, they will receive an email to confirm their check-in.

All you have to do is collect your room key from the reception.

On the day of departure, your guests will receive an email to confirm their check-out.

A key is handed over at the Hotel-Lobb counter.

They then only have to return their room keys.
